Fiction Friday: Rule of Law & Crown of Souls

I’ve been so busy writing, I haven’t written a lot of posts about the books I’ve been reading. Today’s your lucky day because these are two really great suspense novels. And if you continue to the end, I’m giving away one copy of Randy’s Rule of Law.

WOW! Rule of Law met all of my expectations, and then proceeded to exceed them. This is a blend of romance, military thriller, political thriller, legal intrigue, all masterfully woven together. The characters are rich, and the action is incredible. And in classic Singer fashion there was a twist at the end that I should have foreseen but didn’t. It was the perfect touch! This book is ideal for those who love a thinker’s suspense with political overtones. Rule of Law was well worth the wait. Singer is a master at the legal thriller.

Crown of Souls is perfect for those who love Tom Clancey or Dan Brown style books but with a spiritual thread and a romance. The action is tense, the writing sharp, and I inhaled this novel. It follows closely on the heels of Conspiracy of Silence and the action launches from the very first page. You could read this without the prior book, but it may make more sense if you read them in order. I am already anticipating the next volume of the Tox Files. If you love international thrillers with military overtones, this is the book (and series) for you.

Also remember that Beyond Justice is on ebook sale for this month only. It’s an excellent time to read it for $1.99 in all ebook platforms before Imperfect Justice releases in December.

  1. I don’t read a lot of suspense/action books, but I have read some John Grisham in the past, so Rule of Law might catch my interest.
