A Hope Undaunted Review and Giveaway

Cara giveaway, reviews; 18 Comments

I love Julie Lessman’s books. A Hope Undaunted is no exception. While the first book in a new series, if you’ve read the other books, you will love seeing favorite characters make reappearances. Katie O’Connor is a “modern” woman in the late 1920’s who has goals for her own future – which include a husband and a career. But when she is forced to spend the summer with a hated figure from her past all her plans seem to be tossed to the wind. A gripping story painted in the late 1920s. Wonderful romance, and rich cast of characters. LOVE IT!

One Grand Prize winner will receive a KINDLE preloaded with Julie Lessman’s latest title. The Prize Pack (valued at over $150.00) includes:

  10. Hey, CARA, thanks again for posting my contest and I JUST realized your giveaway was separate from my contest, so I apologize for not advertising it on my website calendar.

BUT … we have comments, and everyone knows how I cannot resist responding to comments!!

SARAH … glad you found Cara’s blog because this woman has one of the most unique bios I’ve ever seen — I mean how many romance writers are lawyers??!!!

THOU ART JULES … gosh, every time I see your addy, I want it, girl!!! Good luck in the contest.

HANNAH!! You came — thank you!! I know how hard you’ve been trying to win a signed book, so I appreciate you hitting all my blog giveaways (although this is Cara’s … thank you, Cara!!). Good luck, sweetie.

LADY DRAGONKEEPER … you’re another one that’s been working very hard to win, so as soon as I found out about Cara’s giveaway, you came to mind. Good luck!

KRISTIA … You and LD have just GOT to win one of these times, right??? Here’s to a win!

BARB!!! Always love to see your smiling face, girl, so thanks for coming by AND for your wonderful support. Good luck!!

ELIZABETH … And YOU, my friend, have quickly climbed to the top of my favorite New Zealanders!! 🙂

MOLLY … grin … every time I hear you say that, I get a great, big grin on my face, girl — THANK YOU!!

LYNETTE … I have to tell you, girl, that I REALLY regret not introducing myself to you at the Revell dinner. I meant to, but somehow it got away from me, and I’m sorry. Tell you what — since you’re a top Revell author, if you don’t win my book here, e-mail me if you want to do a swap, okay? I would LOVE to read Too Close to Home as well. Deal??

CHARLOTTE … Ooooo, I like the sound of that — my books being “addicting,” that is!! Grin … I wish, then I could get my passion for God out there a LOT more easily … 🙂

    Hugs,
    Julie
