Sandhill Dreams
"Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are Mine! When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be scorched, Nor will the flame burn you. For I am the LORD your God, The Holy One of Israel, your Savior. Isaiah 43
In Sandhill Dreams, Lainie Gardner finds herself on a train to Crawford, NE, and Fort Robinson. It's the last place she wants to be, but if she wants to be part of the war effort she has no other options. Tom Hamilton enlisted to work with the thousands of horses at Fort Robinson, and finds himself assigned to the War Dog Training Camp.
From the moment Lainie and Tom meet, sparks hot enough to light the prairie on fire fly between the two. Tom is assigned to train the dogs that have been sent to the army by a patriotic public. The only problem is he's afraid of dogs after being bit by one as a child. Lainie travels to Fort Robinson to find a civilian job at the post after her plan to ship overseas with the Army Nurses Corp. is ended by illness. Join them in their adventure during the summer of 1943.

A Promise Born

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16
Evelyn is done with promises.
Talk is cheap," Evelyn Happ declares. Her fiance broke up with her days before their scheduled wedding, and her father seems to specialize in breaking promises. So, in the midst of World War Two, when the Navy WAVES give her a chance to get out of Washington, DC, and contribute to the war effort, Evelyn can't leave fast enough.
Mark Miller isn't thrilled when the WAVES arrive to work on the navy's top secret project in Dayton, Ohio. He figures the distraction they cause doesn't justify the assistance they provide. That is until a certain beautiful ensign starts offering suggestions that may provide the breakthrough the engineers need to succeed in their mission.
When the actions of a spy put both Evelyn and Mark under suspicion, will the investigation make their relationship another casualty of war, or will it bring the birth of the true promise of love?

A Promised Forged

Many, O LORD my God, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done, and thy thoughts which are to us: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered.
Psalm 40:5
When Kat Miller first tires out for the All-American Girls Professional Softball League, she thinks how exciting it would be to get paid to play the game she loves. But then she actually makes a team. She struggles with long road trips, grueling practices, and the challenge of making time for God. Not only that, but older teammates are jealous of her success and an irritating reporter, Jack Raymond, has a knack for getting under Kat's skin.
Jack lives with the shame of being physically disqualified from joining the American forces in World War II. Events in his career have left him cynical and distanced from God. That is, until Kat walks into his life. She challenges his preconceptions and refuses to compromise her beliefs, no matter what difficulties she faces. Will the flames of disappointment forge bitterness in his heart, or can the promises Kat reminds him of restore joy to Jack's life?
