Book Talk: Bethany Turner
Listen to the episode with Bethany Turner
It is so much fun to welcome Bethany Turner back to Book Talk. She was my first guest at the very beginning of Book Talk, and it is a delight to have her back as we discuss her latest romantic comedy, Wes and Addie Had Their Chance. I was surprised to learn that this was the first book idea that she had…ten years later, it’s finally seeing the light of day. I love these characters and story. This one isn’t as funny as some of her others, but it is still an ode to pop culture and so much more.
Bethany Turner is such fun. She brings joy to everything, including this interview. I loved this book so much, I’m offering a giveaway of it. Be sure to go to the end to enter. The giveaway will close on August 16.

I just finished Splendor of the Land by Connilyn Cossette. I love her biblical fiction. I don’t often read that genre, but I love her books.
Some Like it Scot was a recent read/listen that I really enjoyed! Have you interviewed Pepper?

I loved that novel! Pepper is on a roll!
I loved The Thursday Murder Club by Richard Osman. Very funny and original.

I just bought his newest book based on a recommendation of another author I interviewed for Book Talk.
A book that I have loved recently is The Getaway by Lamar Giles. Its a fantastic Young Adult novel that ties into our current dangerous political climate.
If love to see a tv series of these books!
